We expanding our hotel concept into a fourth hotel. We will develop a 10-room hotel in an upcoming trending area of Bali - Bingin. We estimate 20% yearly ROI as a dividend payout for the investor paid on a quarterly basis. Our branded hotels have 9.4-star ratings on Booking. com (highest among competitors). We will rent land and construct the hotel. Have finalized a few properties and will proceed after the investment. We aim to generate USD 300K per annum from this new hotel. Promoter is in Bangkok and will move to Bali in the future.
