Firm runs 2 girls hostel in Dhaka in an area which has multiple colleges around. Both the hostels are located in the same area and has 100% occupancy rate. Each hostel has 40 rooms and occupancy for 120 students. Our tenants are mostly college students and also few job seekers. We have taken both the hostels on a rental basis from the landlord and have renovated it. Apart from 2 running hostels, we have recently taken 2 more hostels on rent and are looking to raise funds to renovate the interiors and start operations. Both these new hostels are also located in the same area where our 2 hostels are already running. One of the new hostel has 40 rooms and the other has 50 rooms. Both these new hostels can occupy 250+ tenants (combined) Business owned assets include furniture, furnishing, interiors and other fixtures installed at 2 running hostels. The other 2 new hotels are yet to be renovated and the funds will be used for the same.
