- Promoter are into travels & leisure industry since 20 years and are now starting a timeshare business. - Business model and admin infrastructure is ready. We have partnered with hotels and resorts which we'll offer on timeshare basis to our customers. - The operation will start once we receive funds to setup a customer call center and marketing activities. - We will charge one time booking fees which would be valid for 15 years and annual maintenance fee of INR 1,500. - We will also provide Gold, Platinum & Diamond memberships which will offer a rage of benefits. - Members can enjoy up to 15 days of holiday every year. - In each city we would offer 9 different hotels to our members. - Our other travel business has a network of more than 5,000 hotels and resorts hence availability is vast. - Hotels are carefully chosen close to city centers and point of attractions which will reduce member’s transportation hassle. - Franchise partners will be appointed in different states in India and also in the Middle East. - We project occupancy rate to be 60%, 70% and 80% during the first, second and third year respectively. - Manpower required for the unit is approximately 52 for different departments.
