- Our business is essentially two restaurants that offer exquisite biryanis and multiple cuisines to its customers. - Our company possesses ownership of the two restaurants. The entire revenue generated by the two premises is transferred to our company. - This transaction is for the sale of our holding company which includes the ownership of the two restaurants & their respective brand names, relevant licenses, along with all the physical assets. - Each restaurant receives about 70 to 80 walk-ins daily. Along with this, each restaurant fulfills anywhere between 70 to 100 orders daily through Swiggy & Zomato. - The seating capacity at the restaurants is 35 & 45 people respectively. Both restaurants are currently operational. - Above one of our restaurants, we have a party hall with a capacity of 100 people at one given time. Customers can book the party hall as per their respective requirements. - We receive anywhere between 2 to 3 bookings every month for the part hall. However, the number of bookings reduced significantly due to the pandemic. Additional workers are outsourced in case of any event. - About 85 to 90 percent of the company's total revenue is generated through the restaurants only. - Our company's revenue decreased this year due to the effect of the pandemic on the market. - The business is extremely valuable due to extremely positive feedbacks, and high repeat customer rate. - Our company is entirely debt-free with no outstanding business loans, overdue, or defaults. - The company has 4 directors. The ownership split between the directors is 40%, 20%, 25%, and 15%. There are no other outside investors, or shareholders. - The promoter resides in Saudi Arabia and is currently in Riyadh itself. Two other directors of the company reside abroad.
