Our company holds an exclusive master franchise rights of a well known Egyptian fast food brand which allows us to open multiple outlets across UAE. As per the master franchise rights, our company is allowed to open only Company Owned Company Operated (COCO model) franchise outlets which means each franchise outlet needs to be owned and operated by us and we cannot give out the unit franchise to any individual person / any firm. Since the onus of operating and managing all the unit franchises lies with us, we pay a royalty of 5% on sales to the Egyptian company from each outlet we operate. We currently operate 1 franchise outlet which is located in the shopping street in Dubai. The outlet has a seating capacity for 25 customers and is listed on Zomato and Talabat.
