Restaurant and Bar Investment Opportunities in Doha

- The restaurant is a unique theme-based traditional restaurant in Qatar with an 11,000 sq. ft. area. - The restaurant has a seating capacity of 150 pax and can accommodate more than 30 cars at a time for parking. - Currently, we are generating an average revenue of QAR 250k per month with only 1 type of traditional cuisine. If in the future we serve multiple cuisines, the revenue can reach up to QAR 700 to 800k per month. - We also receive bookings for birthday parties, events, and seminars. On average we receive 4 to 5 bookings per week. - The majority of our revenue is generated from bookings for parties and events.

- Our company will be providing catering services for diverse events and the needs of our clients. - The owner invested heavily in building a state-of-the-art fully equipped kitchen with modernized interior fittings and kitchen equipment. - The furnishing of the facility has recently been completed and it can now be used for conducting operations and undertaking clients. The business is currently non-operational and has not generated any revenue. - However, we are close to onboarding 2 to 3 companies as our clients. The investment will be used for executing these POs along with other working capital requirements.
