Restaurants and Bars for Sale and Investment Opportunities in Central Development Region

- Business was started in 2015 and we have 3 outlets currently. - All the three outlets are located in crowded areas. Two of them are close to schools & colleges. - Serve both veg & non-veg momos. - We get around 50-80 customers per outlet on a daily basis. - Seating capacity of the three outlets are 20, 10 & 12 seats respectively.

We run 2 restaurants in Kathmandu. One is a central kitchen cum restaurant and the other is a QSR outlet. The QSR outlet is operating as a store-in-store model where we have entered into a revenue sharing model with an existing restaurant to open a small QSR outlet inside their restaurant. We pay 25% of our revenue to that restaurant and keep 75% of revenue with us. Here, we only have one employee to manage the QSR outlet and we do not pay rent, electricity nor have invested in furniture. Our central kitchen cum dine-in restaurant has a seating capacity of 120 pax and the facility is spread on 2 floors. The central kitchen supplies readymade food to the QSR outlet. The QSR outlet just has to heat the food and sell it to customers. We currently serve only veg food items but our new outlets will have non-veg food as well. Seeking funds to open 6 more store-in-store model QSR outlets in Kathmandu. We have identified 6-7 restaurants where we plan to setup our QSR outlet but we would enter into formal agreement with those restaurant owners only after raising funds. With these new restaurants too, we would have a revenue sharing model of 25:75. Business owns assets such as kitchen equipment, furniture, oven, freezers at central kitchen. The assets also include oven and freezer at QSR outlet.

- Business started operating in Jan of 2019 in Patan, Nepal. - Restaurant is located on the main road. - Seating capacity of the outlet is around 40 pax. - Live music bar is attached to the restaurant and we invite well known artists every week. - Average walk-ins would be around 40 - 45 on weekends and 25 - 30 on weekdays. - We serve veg and non-veg fast food & natural wood bbq, along with alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages.

- We are a fast-food delivery restaurant and have various cuisines such as Continental, Chinese and Italian. - On a daily basis we receive 60-100 orders. - Our facility includes a training hall and kitchen. - We have tie-ups with 2 local food delivery partners. - Currently, we only deal in food delivery but are planning to start our own restaurant.
