    Investment opportunity in a video content production and distribution project led by an experienced filmmaker.
    - Global entertainment content distribution with both subscription-based video on demand (SVOD) and transaction-based video on demand (TVOD). - It will be a unique Indian international entertainment film production/distribution project for innovative genre films which are sold directly to consumers. - Films will be sold worldwide and in India with both SVOD/TVOD model, this will lead to recurring monthly subscriptions and individual transaction-based revenue. - Our monthly subscription price will be USD 12.99 per month (INR 966). - The annual subscription price will be USD 150 (INR 11,164). - USD 9.99 for individual TVOD (pay per view) content. (INR 743). - USD 6.99/3.99/1.99 for premium individual music videos and short films, with access to unlimited original short films and exclusive content in all subscription plans. - Projected monthly sales of INR 9 crores with 1 lakh users for SVOD content and of INR 7 crores for TVOD content (assuming INR 700 for each pay per view). - Have already partnered with US-based Vimeo for the global digital distribution of our films and videos. - Films and music videos will be produced under the filmmaker's four production banner brands whose logos and Vimeo profiles have been added as business documents. - To produce content that delivers Hollywood quality content, our films and music videos will be shot and produced using the latest digital film and video technologies like 4K UltraHD and 8K formats. - Films will have both Hindi/English subtitles, music videos in English to cater to a global market. - Wish to work with new talent and emerging artists to create world-class content that represents India. - We see huge potential in the Indian market as films are considered an important medium of entertainment and art, and are worshipped by billions. - The investor will have 25% equity and 25% lifetime profit rights for each film/music video. - Investor will be onboarded as a co-founder/board of directors in the company formed, credited as a primary executive producer on each film/music video, and will get 25% equity ownership in the company formed. - The investor must also respect the creative freedom and independence of the filmmaker. - Filmmaker has directed 20 short horror films which have been released and played in international film festivals. - All credentials of the filmmaker are appended in a document named 'Filmmaker Project Links'. - Almost 95% of the work is complete, ready to go into production, and launch as soon as funding is raised.
