- Hydrogen fuel production project based in Fergana, Uzbekistan. - This is a project under a reputed university in Uzbekistan. - We are selling the hydrogen gas to Europe. - Currently the electric car can travel 10,000 kms for USD 5 and 1 kgm3 of hydrogen gas costs USD 1. - While we have started the project, we need an investor for the production of hydrogen fuel and hydrogen electric car to the factory level. - We have already tested and experimented with the project.

Hydrogen fuel growth rate will reach 200% annually. We will focus on selling to both B2C and B2B clients. We will start the production with 100 cubic meters of hydrogen per hour. Hydrogen fuel will be sold at $2-18 per kg for commercial purposes. We already have MOUs from the clients for the purchase of our products.

• We are an Ethanol production company, also providing laboratory testing for companies. • Ethanol production contributes to 99% of the total revenue generated. • Our active client for ethanol is UP Cooperative sugar factories federation. We have 4 locations across Lucknow region, UP. • Our total ethanol production per day is 1,35,000 litres/day. • Per day ethanol sales are INR 16.9 lakhs. Our sales has increased because our ethanol production utilization is at 100%. • We also provide laboratory testing services for various Government companies such as Hindustan, Pariksha thermal power plant, ALIMCO, NHPC, NTPC, Airport authority of India etc. • Our laboratory testing includes water quality, air quality, stack emission. soil testing, sugar testing, alcohol testing etc. These contracts are valid for 2 years. The revenue from each contract is 3 lakhs per year. • Currently, we are seeking to expand our business to Biodiesel manufacturing. • We will manufacture Biodiesel which will be used by oil marketing companies for blending into diesel. The government has set a target of 20% Biodiesel blending by 2025, according to which IOCL, BPCL, HPCL are purchasing all biodiesel produced in India at a pre-fixed rate. • Due to being promoted by Govt Blending program, OMCs are liable to purchase all Biodiesel produced. This means that demand is virtually unlimited. • We are empaneled with IOCL up to 2028 for supply of 20 Ton Per Day Biodiesel. • We will collect raw materials such as palm stearin, cooking oils and leather from tannery, which will be tested in our laboratory before taking up for production. • We plan to start Biodiesel manufacturing upon receiving the required investment.

Generated over INR 5 cr turnover in the 1st year of operations, we have multiple contracts that are 5 plus cr a month in revenue. We have a very strong client base who are very satisfied with us. We sell finished biofuel and biofuel raw materials and have outsourced the production of biofuel for now. Our customers are biofuel exporters. Right now, 100% of sales are of biofuel raw materials, but November, December, and January this year were 100% finished biofuel sales. We work on a contract basis with our clients and regularly supply them with the finished product or raw material. Sometimes, our raw material supplier itself is the customer of the finished product. We are operating at 20-30% margins and we now want to move production in-house to increase this margin by another 15-20%. We have entered an agreement with an established exporter, signed LOI, and have been allotted 2 acres of land for the production facility in a Vizag SEZ. We only have a full-time team of 4 people (including the 2 directors), all other workers are employed on an ad-hoc basis. The investor will get a maximum stake of 30% in our company.
