- Seeking investment in an unregistered company. - The new company will be registered once we receive the investment. - The director of the new company already runs a family-owned business that restores and sells used cars and provides sea freight and land transportation services. - With a new vision we want to develop and diversify business potential by forming a new entity, armed with the experience of acquiring used vehicle units and reselling them at high prices, operating dozens of containerized trucks and serving the delivery of super heavy equipment and general cargo to high-dimensional goods. - The current company receives 2 orders on a daily basis for the freight and land transportation services. - Current company is able to acquire 10 trucks on a monthly basis and restore and sell 2 of them with the current operations. - The used trucks are sourced for local sites and are sold to individuals. - 70% of the revenue is generated through the restoration and resell of used cars. - The operational business is able to generate a revenue of IDR 11 billion with a 20% EBITDA margin. - The licenses and approvals for the new company will be acquired once the company is registered.
