Interior Design & Architecture Seeking Loan

- Scherpenzeel-based interior design and architecture company that has been operational for 4 years. - We work on residential and commercial projects but the goal is to focus on more commercial projects. - Some of the projects we have done are health center design and build (earlier this year), design and build of a restaurant (last year), and design and build of various private houses. - This year we are working on 6 projects and many are in the pipeline. - Have good connections with the most important and well-known suppliers. - As contractors, we are up to 40% cheaper than most competitors. - This year's revenue is estimated to be EUR 500,000 due to more orders at hand. - We charge a minimum of 30% commission base for large-scale projects worth EUR 20-150K (own purchasing material + own contractors). Individual design packages are offered between EUR 750 and EUR 2,500. - Customer acquisition cost (CAC) is EUR 4,000 p/m. - Potential market estimate in the Netherlands is EUR 3.2 million. - Extra asset: possibility to take over a quotation platform to which all main competitors are connected. - Promoter has 8+ years of industry experience and knowledge.

The custom painting orders are outsourced from our network of painters. - There is an even revenue-split between all our services. - The pictures on the profile show a few sculptures that we had created for our clients over the years of operations. - The company undertook a business loan of INR 25 lakh 6 months ago for which we are paying monthly EMI. The loan tenure is 3 years and the outstanding amount is close to INR 20 lakh. This is the only debt on the company. There are no other outstanding business loans, overdue, or defaults. - The company has two directors and each owns 50 percent of the company. There are no outside investors or shareholders.

Educational consulting house that has affiliations with 15 universities in 3 destinations: - In some cases, students pay us and in some cases, the colleges pay us ( - Colleges pay us anywhere between 5-20% of the total college fees. - Also train students for IELTS, have 15-20 students. - BDT 8-10 lakh comes from this company. 4. Travel agency: • Only flight tickets and local tour packages in Bangladesh. • No IATA licensing, will take 1 year. • USP is group tours of many female solo travelers. • BDT 2-3 lakh comes from this. 5. HR consultancy services. • 5 corporate clients including Bengal Well Being and Epson India Pvt Ltd. • We are hiring for Epson India's Bangladesh operations. • 5-10 BDT lakh revenue from this. The management member handling the group has: - 23 years of experience in HR consultancy services. - Very good connections and network as CHRO of a reputed MNC in Bangladesh.
