- Franchise furniture retail stores with 8 outlets in 5 major cities - Chennai, Coimbatore, Kochi, Bangalore and Pondicherry. - Operating under 3 top furniture brands in India. - Our products include furniture, home interiors, home decors and commercial interiors. - Highest revenue generating outlets are 2 OMR outlets in Chennai, 2 Coimbatore outlets - Peelamedu & RS Puram and the Kochi outlet - Edapally near Lulu mall with INR 7 - 10 lakhs per month. - Out of the 3 brands, 5 stores are under 1st brand, 2 stores under 2nd brand, and 1 store under the 3rd brand name. - For the brand with the maximum number of stores, a one-time royalty fee of INR 25 lakhs has been paid, which has lifetime validity.
