Specialty Retailers Seeking Loan

Company is starting a distribution business of selling mobile phones and cosmetics in Madhya Pradesh. We have already entered into a distributorship agreement with OPPO, Realme and WOW Cosmetics. As per the agreement, we will buy the products directly from the company at a discounted price. The agreement does not have an expiry or any renewal terms. After buying the products, we will sell it to retailers & wholesalers across Madhya Pradesh. Have more than 1,000 retailers & wholesalers in our network. Since we have 2 product segments, we plan to generate more than 60% revenue through mobile phones and approx 40% revenue through cosmetics. One of the partner in the company has 15+ years of experience as a distributor. Business does not own any physical assets at the moment.
