About the Franchise: - Growceries is a consumer focused Kirana (provisional store) Retail Chain startup based out of Bangalore. - We purchase stock in bulk quantities and sell at our franchise stores to consumers with a discount model like D-mart. - As the normal Kirana (provisonal) stores do not have large margins on products compared to us, they cannot directly compete with our prices. - We also offer free deliveries, on-call and whatsapp store ordering. Along with a credit baed purchase in partnership with Simpl-Pay. - We aim to setup 20 stores in Bangalore in Whitefield - Marthahalli Areas. - The Investor will have complete transparent access to store cc cameras, stock purchase bills, everyday sales reports etc. - We have tied up with resturants and PGs for supply, so as to provide the minimum guranteed 6% monthly ROI, even in the worst case scenario that a store doesn't make profits. Nonetheless, our stores are located in premium places, like inside huge residential apartments. Ex: We have a store inside Brigade Metropolis with 1600 flats. We also have a store inside Godrej united, a 516 flat apartment and ours is the only grocery store. Such locations are expected to make sure profits. The Senior management team consists of various profiles from resturant industry, finance, logistics, packaging and core AI & technology. - The company was initially bootstrapped with INR 5L paid-up capital and a convertible loan of INR 50L was introduced during the R&D stage. - Recently, an angel investment round of INR 1 crore was raised and a 2% stake was diluted. - Have hired 100+ store staff on a contract basis and identified 10+ ready-to-occupy Kirana stores in amazing locations. - We have also successfully established dealership/supplier relationships for bulk purchases.

Lazarus Agro Product Pvt Ltd, is a start-up company that provides A1 and A2 Milk under the brand name Farmers 2 Public - F2P. The USP of F2P is to provide customers with farm fresh food products that are organically grown and produced to ensure unmatched quality. Our product, F2P milk is pure cow milk that comes directly from our dairy farms to your homes without being processed. Since this milk is not processed it contains all the vitamins and minerals that are naturally present in raw milk. We also sell other food products and ensure they are organically grown and do not have any harmful substances which is extensively present in the various food items that we consume today. We conduct strict quality tests through FSSAI accredited laboratories to ensure that there are no traces of pesticides, chemicals and preservatives in our food. We are looking to target a larger market by franchising. The franchise will be in the from of a retail outlet that will cater to walk in customers and also orders placed on the F2P mobile application. The franchise is area specific and all orders placed using the mobile application within the designated area of the franchise will be routed to the retail outlet.
