- 35-year-old textile manufacturing firm seeking capital to expand its PPE manufacturing operations. - PPE manufacturing was launched recently and we manufacture PPE kits and masks under a registered proprietary brand. - 5 varieties of PPE kits and masks are currently being manufactured in-house in a SITRA, TUV, & ISO 9001:2015 approved plant. - The PPE kits have been certified by around 100 doctors from across the country and can be reused up to 30 times. - They are made out of a proprietary special fabric and we have just filed a patent for our PPE equipment. - Currently, we manufacture around 400 - 500 PPE kits each day. - Have sold our PPE kits to around 2,200 customers including several healthcare institutions through 2 distributors, and through e-commerce portals including Amazon, Flipkart and our own website. - The PPE manufacturing operations are currently under the main textile manufacturing firm which is incorporated as a private limited entity and has an annual turnover of INR 150 crore manufacturing products for Zara, Decathlon, H&M, Walmart, and other well known brands. - Post investment the operations of this vertical will be spun off under a newly incorporated legal entity & the investor will be effectively acquiring a stake in the new legal entity.
