• Healthcare service provider, located in Khagaria, Bihar, started in July, 2023, specialized in providing home nursing service, emergency services and coordinating for blood transfusions. Planning to start home physiotherapy services as well. • We have 132 permanent employees, majorly comprising of 120 staff nurses and 2 doctors, along with few technical and management staff. We require this amount of staff for the planned expansion of business. • Our head office is located in Bihar. We have recently expanded to Delhi and UP and planning to start in Rajasthan and Punjab, for which we have started hiring staff. • Service requests are received through WhatsApp and phone calls. • Home nursing services are both day and night, and include drug transfusion, wound care and dressing, suture removal etc. • Emergency care services include providing immediate first aid before shifting the patients to hospital. We also provide ambulance service, for which we have partnered with EMT ambulance services. • On an average, we receive about 20-30 patients per day, among which about 80% are for home nursing services and 20% are for emergency services. • Operations were started only 2 month ago an the business is currently operating at a loss because our operational expenses are higher.
