Computer Training Business Investment Opportunities in Tamil Nadu

Company provides CAD / CAE training to engineering students in Chennai. We currently have a total of 50 students and the courses we offer is of approx 2 months duration. On a daily basis we conduct 2 batches, however, our infrastructure has the capacity to increase it to 3 batches per day. The institute has 4 trainers in total. Have tie-ups with 10 colleges including VIT and SRM University to on-board students. In addition to providing training, we also plan to provide industrial design services to engineering companies. We are in talks with a few companies to win their project. Currently the business generates 85% revenue from training institute and 15% from services but in future we would largely generate revenue from industrial design services as each project value would be much higher than the fees collected from students. Company has a strong market presence since the last 10 years in providing NEET & IIT entrance exam training to students. Impart training through 13 centres in Tamil Nadu and also at school premises. Have established tie-ups with 40 schools. We have a network of 70 teaching staff to train students and on an average we train about 3,000 students every year. Each center is of approx 800 sq ft and the business owns computers, furniture, projectors and other systems as physical assets.
