Currently, we seek to sell around 4,427 acres of land which would be used for the development of a resort or tourism destination. The land is owned by the government and is worth USD 2 million. It is a premium property with over 9 km of beach coastline located in Santo Domingo. We work with another company that seeks to build a resort on this property and operate it, however, they require an investor to purchase the property for a minority stake. The projected revenue for this project is estimated to be around USD 700,000 monthly. The project is expected to be complete and operational within 1.5 to 2 years. The investor would receive a minority stake in the tourism project that is being developed. Work on the project would start once the land has been sold to the investor.

We are the first booking + rental marketplace for fitness and action sports enabling diverse and cross-over experiences whilst helping people restore their needs and businesses re-generate revenues. While doing so, we are paving the way to enhance access to an active lifestyle in a post-pandemic world. Letter of interest and an list of over 500 interested accommodation participants is already in place. The occupancy of hotels also increased to above average. Although not our future focus, our trading joint venture also had a major uptick in business this year.
