About Blum Coffee House
Blum is a boutique coffee house established in 2016 in the heart of Istanbul offering top quality specialty fair-trade coffee with natural, organic and delicious sandwiches and pastries. In 2 years time, Blum is already listed among the top 30 coffee shops of Istanbul in applications like foursquare, swarm and Zomato.
Our mission is to become a second home for coffee lovers in Istanbul where people can gather, relax, and enjoy our specialty coffee. Our driving force is our passion for coffee and the happiness in serving our customers. In addition to serving as a third wave coffee shop, we also offer hand-crafted souvenirs like bookmarks made of felt, hand painted coffee mugs, cross stitch items and special design t-shirts. As a part of our coffee shop project, a part of our monthly profit is used to buy books for children who are in need by establishing libraries in small villages. Our love for coffee grows with the community and has produced great outcomes. We wish to further expand our presence by giving out franchises.
