The Brew Kitchen is the combination of the best cuisines from the world such as Lebanese, Continental, and Indian along with premium blended coffee & beverages. The average footfall per outlet is 100. Some of the reasons to partner include multi-cuisine cafes, no royalty until operational break-even, chef guarantee and replacement if needed, help with kitchen management, help provide the franchise partner the best outlet set up support, complete operational support, investment includes machinery supply, marketing, POS, and inventory management, customized menu and live kitchen model.

As per the interest and investment of the prospective investor, a suitable business model will be finalized, and the concerning information related to that model shall be shared with the investor. This step shall follow with the signing of the LOI after all the verifications are done along with the advance token money given to the brand as a deal closure process. Then, the marketing team shall carry out the necessary procedures for the site selection, which will be fixed in accordance to the approval of the investor.
