As per the interest and investment of the prospective investor, a suitable business model will be finalized, and the concerning information related to that model shall be shared with the investor. This step shall follow with the signing of the LOI after all the verifications are done along with the advance token money given to the brand as a deal closure process. Then, the marketing team shall carry out the necessary procedures for the site selection, which will be fixed in accordance to the approval of the investor.
