I have over 10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Project Financing, Financial Advisory to private and government entities.

I have been associated with Asia Pacific's top ranked investment banking company in India for a period of around 8 years and arranged debt for an aggregate amount of ~USD 1500 million; provided M&A advisory for a value of ~USD 3900 million; projects appraisal for an aggregate value of ~USD 1300 million and other business advisory services to large corporate clients.

Thereafter I associated with government advisory entities for over 2 years, wherein I arranged an aggregate debt size of ECB for ~USD 125 million. Recently I arranged term loan for an aggregate amount of over INR 900 cr for ground mounted solar power generation projects.

I am now providing advisory services in my individual capacity. Will be charging an upfront fee of INR 1 lakh and a success fee of around 1%.
