Background: I am a private investor who has just relocated from Hong Kong to Hungary. With my newly incorporated investment vehicle, I'm looking to buy stakes of 10-100% in companies of various industry sectors. My main focus is Hungary and CEE, but I am also interested in other European countries. I have a large network of investors, who can support transactions globally so I may invest as a sole investor or (where investment size, complexity of the transaction or unfamiliar industry require) together with a joint venture partner. My background is banking, with a very international history having worked for large multinational institutions in Germany, UK, Switzerland and Hong Kong and origins in Hungary. I speak English, German and Hungarian fluently and have basic French knowledge. I have in-depth knowledge on capital markets with insights into all major industry sectors, risk management, data analytics, financing and financial engineering, balance sheet and cash flow management, Insurance, automation/digitalization, efficiency improvements. And I have a large network from a broad range of industries, who can support technological developments and improvements of process deficiencies.

Interests: Existing track record businesses with steady revenues. It is preferred if the management is retained in the business after the aquisition. We are looking for already profitable businesses which have growth potential in sales and profit as well, however, the current owner might struggle to reach growth or the full potential of the business.

Background: We are a privately owned investment holding company. Our company is headquartered in Singapore, with subsidiary in the European Union. We have founded, built, own and operate a software development company in the EU and looking to buy an additional privately owned software company within the DACH region.
