Refinancing and financing for residential and commercial properties, short and long term loans, working capital, line of credit, equipment financing and SBA loans with no upfront fees. 4. Our minimum requirement - 1 year in business generating USD 100 thousand annual revenue with a minimum FICO score of 500. 5. Here are the basic requirements: - More than 3 months in business operation. - US based entities. - A personal credit score of 500+ - Company generating revenue of over 100,000 USD in the past 12 months.
