Pharmacies for Sale and Investment Opportunities in West Bengal

We run a pharmacy shop which is located on the main road. We have two shops with built-up areas of 120 sq ft and 100 sq ft respectively and inventory worth INR 4 lakhs. We purchase all our medicines through a dealer based in Odisha and they (the company) deliver them to us on a weekly basis. Both the shops are on the same street, they are not adjacent to each other. On average we make a sale of INR 5-6 lakhs per month. Land, building and stock are part of this sale. The license must be transferred to the new buyer/investor. Both shops (which includes land and the building) along with the inventory will be part of this sale.
