Gicus Infracon is a Jamshedpur based real estate construction company incorporated in 2009. Over the years, the company has completed 8-9 large housing complex in Jharkhand and West Bengal. The company is now looking for expansion through franchise partners in Chhattisgarh and Odisha. The franchise partner will be responsible to find new projects, find construction material suppliers, invest and execute the entire construction. Gicus Infracon will help the franchise partners in layout design, complete legal process, documentation, advertising of project and consulting the day to day activities. Brand fee mentioned in the format shall be paid as a security deposit. Apart from the brand fee, the rest of the investment will be used for setting up the office and hiring employees. Master franchise shall appoint district franchisee through their own capacity.
