The space will also have an option for diners to come and dine on an all day dining menu. This space can also be rented out for baking / cooking classes to be hosted by the participating chefs where part of the proceeds will go to the owner. This model will allow self generating rents that can be used towards monthly operating expenses. Having run successfully in India for the last 10 years, we are now looking at using the franchising model to further our reach. We are looking at increasing our presence in major cities of India and across the globe following the above model.
