This will also give foreigners (both living in and travelling to Japan), a place to build and foster a community where they can establish new networks tailored to and for them. Our image goal is more upscale, modern, and elegant giving off cozy and exuberant vibes similar to that of a luxury hotel lounge. The entire store atmosphere with a sophisticated interior design will not only give consumers a good first impression but also enable those consumers to freely, indulge in their curiosity while experiencing a new lifestyle concept. Weekends will be more upbeat with live events and performances. We will primarily target the following customer segments: - Celebrities. - Artists. - Business class. - Young professionals. - Local foreign residents. - Professional athletes. - Late 20s to 50s. The business will generate revenue from sponsorships for the events, daily cafe operations, and selling our branded products. Our main business model is the cafe that we plan to start and create a lifestyle brand around the same. Once we establish better brand recognition, we will focus on the e-commerce business and develop more self-care/lifestyle OEM products.
