Every fashion originates from trendsetting and emerging designers with unique limited edition, exclusive products relating to sustainable fashion.

COVID-19 impact on luxury fashion. Sales are down when hotel is fully booked for conference meetings only for middle east people. June to August, during summer holiday the customer buying capacity is lower. Sales drop due to price points. Pop-up culture for shopping and imitation. Sales tied to economic growth. Lack of Arabic speaking staff which leads to missed sales. High rental and other licensing fees. Coronavirus panic leads to lots of cancellations.

Sales increases when hotel is fully booked for meetings for global people. Strong relationship with hotel who are flexible to special requirements. Excellent and knowledgeable staff, offering personalized customer service. Prestigious hangout place for local Emiratis. Sales are high amongst tourist who come for honeymoon, staycation, chillouts. The hotel has three types of customers i. e. residents, guests and event people.

- Opportunities.

Grand Hyatt extending new VIP villas, expected opening is by this year-end. An exclusive store can be opened for brands on a 50-50 share in the investment. Collaborating with mall stores and boutiques to display our products. Franchising the brand in different countries. Boosting and convert online shopping into the marketplace for e-platform.
