- We are a recently established company planning to provide cold storage and warehousing services.

- Our main clients will be potato traders and cultivators in West Bengal.

- We are seeking a business loan to acquire the building for the cold storage.

- This building is a state property which we are getting at a subsidized price.

- The value of the property is INR 9 crore.

- Our operations will be started after we acquire the cold storage building.

- The business has three owners with 45%, 45%, and 10% ownership stake distribution.

We will provide cold storage services to potato traders and cultivators.

The business does not own any physical assets.
