    - We are the first start-up that produces and sells electric vehicles to our partners of taxi unions in Thailand. - Company has developed one prototype vehicle. - Have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with China's National Automotive Design Institute to provide engineering control at an affordable price. - Company has also signed an MOU with a Chinese company to build cost-effective electric vehicles. - Company will import parts for the vehicles from China and assemble them in a facility in Thailand. - 12 taxi unions in Thailand have signed an MOU and a memorandum of agreement with us for a fleet overhaul to electric vehicles. - The 12 taxi unions have a combined fleet size of 25,000 taxis. - Company will provide fleet charging solutions for taxis and establish a distribution center for spare parts, service, and training. - Future expansion will entail the manufacture and selling of electric buses and motorcycles. - Looking for an investor who can help with financial support.
