HR Collaborators is a full-service HR consulting firm based in Delhi. Our company assists startups, SMEs, and large corporates to streamline their HR process. We work on a contract basis with clients and since inception, we have served more than 50 clients. After entering into a contract with a client, we assign one of our head HR at the client's company to assist & streamline their HR function and train their junior HR executives so that they become capable of handling their firm's HR operations. The typical length of the contract ranges from 3 months to 2.5 years.
Our firm is looking to expand in different cities in India and is inviting franchise partners. The role of a franchisee will be to find, onboard, and sell our HR services to startups and established corporates in their city. The franchisee should ensure complete sales and contract finalization. Once the contract is finalized, we will pay a commission to the franchisee and post that our firm will assign a head HR at the client's company to provide the HR services. Commission paid to the franchisee is a one-time payment per contract they finalize. - Complete management & assistance of HR function.

- The franchisee will be a single point of contact for each client throughout the process.
- Understand and let us know about the client's unique needs & requirements. - Assist franchisee during sales & contract finalization process.
