Bottled Water Company Investment Opportunity in Allahabad, India

Our business model is to connect water delivery retail shops with household customers. The business is currently running in offline mode where we connect the delivery partners with customers through phone call. After receiving orders from customer, we call the delivery partner who further delivers the water at customer's doorstep.

Our model is to only connect both the parties and the delivery is taken care by the partner retail shops. We charge a commission of 20% on sale of each bottle from the retail shops. In last 1 year, we have on-boarded 100 partners (retail shops) and have served 5,000 customers.

Have recently launched an Android app and we plan to completely move operations online. The mobile app has features of profiling (profiling partners and customers), online ordering, payment and multiple delivery address.

The business currently has strong market presence in Allahabad. After raising funds, we plan to on-board partners and customers from Lucknow, Kanpur and Varanasi.

Business owned assets include laptops and furniture.
