- Waffle brand headquartered in Izmir, with 23 franchise branches. - We are selling the entire brand and its production facility (branches are not subject to sale). - Dealerships are given with the franchise system. - On an average, 150 waffles are sold daily by each outlet, there are also beverage group sales, but it varies. Average turnover per branch is approximately TRY 120,000 per month and average profit margin is 30% for franchisees. Approximate net income per branch is TRY 40,000 per month. - A one-time franchise fee of TRY 50,000 is charged for new sales points. No fee is charged on turnover. A monthly marketing support of TRY 1000 per branch is received. - It has high profitability and simple business model. - We do not have a production capacity problem in terms of our existing branches. Under current conditions, we can produce ingredients for up to 100 branches without any problems. - Our brand was awarded with the International Taste Award by ITI/Brussels in 2017 and 2020. - Valuation is based on upcoming plans for export and end-user potential projects which will impact the revenue figures positively.

- Catering business located in Istanbul. - Prepare and deliver 8,000 meals monthly. - Delivery capacity is 15,000 meals monthly. - Cater to corporate and individual clients. - There are no fixed suppliers for ingredients. - The buyer would get the business and will have to lease the facility from us. - The buyer would also get the records and documentation. - The sales have dropped as the owner decreased the operations of the business due to health issues.
