Our business is engaged in processing and supplying milk products like milk, ghee, curd, and paneer. We are also engaged in supplying vegetables and fruits. - We source the vegetables and fruits from 10+ farmers and mandis in villages of Karnataka. We are procuring the milk directly from the farmers. - Our plant has a production capacity of 3,000 liters of milk per day but we are currently doing 100 liters of milk per day. - Our company is engaged in both B2B and B2C segments, we have 600 clients in the B2C segment with 50 regular clients for milk products. - In the B2B segment we are supplying vegetable and fruits to multiple brands in Bangalore and currently doing 2 to 4 tons per day but we have the capacity to reach 10-15 tons per day. - We have additional order from branded companies in the pipeline to reach 10 to 25 tons per day. - For the B2B market we have outsourced our delivery partners, but in the B2C segment, we have an in-house team for the same. - Our business has seen a high growth as we started our operations in November last year and we were establishing our position in the market, and now we are generating a revenue of INR 25 lakh per month. - We will become profitable through 100+ acres of direct sourcing we are doing through farmers by April next year.

Integrated dairy farming: - We currently are breeding 60 cows which are owned by the business. - We extract farm fresh milk from our cattle which is then processed and packaged under our own brand name. - The milk is transported and sold in two company operated stores in the nearby market at INR 50 per litre. - We are currently extracting, processing and selling over 1,000 litres of milk per day. - Part of investment will be utilised to expand this arm of services, by opening a milk processing unit. - The idea is to partner with farmers who own cows. The milk will be purchased from these farmers which will then be processed and sold under our own brand name. - Processing plant is required to process, pasteurise and sell 5,000 litres of milk per day from over 300 cows. - Investment is needed to expand production, increase brand value, expand product line and partner with famers. Contractual farming: - We are currently partnered with over 100 farmers in the Koraput area. - These farmers grow maize for us. We buy the entire crop from them which is then processed in our own manufacturing unit. - The farmers are paid as per the output we receive from their respective crops. The output is corn silage which is essentially the cheapest source of nutrition for cattle. - Silage is sold at INR 6 per kilogram which is transported to around 15,000 farmers across India through our outsourced distribution networks. We do not have in-house logistics. - We are paid by the distributor who buys silage from us at INR 6 per kilogram, and further distributes it to farmers. Trading and consultancy. - Our business provides dairy consultancy to our clients. - We arrange and sell them any products required in the process of dairy farming through our existing distribution network of over 100 companies. However, we do not possess any contracts with them. - We are compensated as per the severity of the problem, length of consultation and requirements of clients. - This domain of service is primarily for assisting and supporting our client's dairy farming efforts.
