The SHIFT Forward Center - Venture Studio is a venture-building studio that incubates businesses and strives to create an entire community for innovation and value creation. Its competitive edge lies in innovation, sustainability, and community engagement. The centre will host a venture studio which will incubate 9 ventures per cohort. Similar to how we take a 10-40% stake in our ventures, the franchisee can also take a stake in the ventures they incubate in their centre. The venture studio makes money through the venture it invests in. Our target audience for the venture studio is women entrepreneurs, rural entrepreneurs, and forward-thinking entrepreneurs. Investing in the franchise offers an innovative concept, strong brand identity, proven success, growth potential, and community impact. The space requirement is huge as the ultimate plan is to create an entire centre with retail spaces where multiple businesses that our centre incubates can operate as well. However, both the current operating studios are in Uganda.

About the Franchise: - Growceries is a consumer focused Kirana (provisional store) Retail Chain startup based out of Bangalore. - We purchase stock in bulk quantities and sell at our franchise stores to consumers with a discount model like D-mart. - As the normal Kirana (provisonal) stores do not have large margins on products compared to us, they cannot directly compete with our prices. - We also offer free deliveries, on-call and whatsapp store ordering. Along with a credit baed purchase in partnership with Simpl-Pay. - We aim to setup 20 stores in Bangalore in Whitefield - Marthahalli Areas. - The Investor will have complete transparent access to store cc cameras, stock purchase bills, everyday sales reports etc. - We have tied up with resturants and PGs for supply, so as to provide the minimum guranteed 6% monthly ROI, even in the worst case scenario that a store doesn't make profits. Nonetheless, our stores are located in premium places, like inside huge residential apartments. Ex: We have a store inside Brigade Metropolis with 1600 flats. We also have a store inside Godrej united, a 516 flat apartment and ours is the only grocery store. Such locations are expected to make sure profits. About The Company: Aiqusec Retail and Wholesale P (LTD) was founded by a techie, NIT-W allum - Krishna Prasad whose successful startups include '101 Hyderabadi Dosas'- a street food chain in mumbai, and 'Success Trading' - a London based Investment Management firm for HNIs. The Senior management team consists of various profiles from resturant industry, finance, logistics, packaging and core AI & technology. - The company was initially bootstrapped with INR 5L paid-up capital and a convertible loan of INR 50L was introduced during the R&D stage. - Recently, an angel investment round of INR 1 crore was raised and a 2% stake was diluted. - Have hired 100+ store staff on a contract basis and identified 10+ ready-to-occupy Kirana stores in amazing locations. - We have also successfully established dealership/supplier relationships for bulk purchases.
