About the Franchise:- Growceries is a consumer focused Kirana (provisional store) Retail Chain startup based out of Bangalore.
- We purchase stock in bulk quantities and sell at our franchise stores to consumers with a discount model like D-mart.
- As the normal Kirana (provisonal) stores do not have large margins on products compared to us, they cannot directly compete with our prices.
- We also offer free deliveries, on-call and whatsapp store ordering. Along with a credit baed purchase in partnership with Simpl-Pay.
- We aim to setup 20 stores in Bangalore in Whitefield - Marthahalli Areas.
- The Investor will have complete transparent access to store cc cameras, stock purchase bills, everyday sales reports etc.
- We have tied up with resturants and PGs for supply, so as to provide the minimum guranteed 6% monthly ROI, even in the worst case scenario that a store doesn't make profits.
Nonetheless, our stores are located in premium places, like inside huge residential apartments. Ex: We have a store inside Brigade Metropolis with 1600 flats. We also have a store inside Godrej united, a 516 flat apartment and ours is the only grocery store. Such locations are expected to make sure profits.

The Senior management team consists of various profiles from resturant industry, finance, logistics, packaging and core AI & technology.
- The company was initially bootstrapped with INR 5L paid-up capital and a convertible loan of INR 50L was introduced during the R&D stage.
- Recently, an angel investment round of INR 1 crore was raised and a 2% stake was diluted.
- Have hired 100+ store staff on a contract basis and identified 10+ ready-to-occupy Kirana stores in amazing locations.
- We have also successfully established dealership/supplier relationships for bulk purchases.

How to get Growceries Franchise?
The terms of the franchise would include,- The franchisee will be invested for a period of 15 months, after which the capital of the franchisee will be returned to them and the shop will then be transferred to Growceries.
- Post the starting of operations in the shop, when the franchise starts generating ROI above 12%, the amount above 12% will be charged by Growceries as a commission.

What are some of the things we look for in a Franchisee?
The only expectation of the investor who takes up this opportunity is to bring in the capital. The franchisor will provide the staff.
Support you can expect from the company
- The owner is just expected to bring in the investment amount, which is fixed at INR 40L, and after the investment, Growceries will take care of everything from staffing to delivery.- Out of the investment amount of INR 40L, INR 20L of goods are procured, INR 2.5L vehicle assets are purchased, INR 2.5L of brand deposits are made, INR 3L of shop advance and INR 5L of billing systems and other IT equipment is purchased.
- After the investment, we would take around 15 days for the setup of the store.
- We will not be able to guarantee any ROI during the first 3 months of the establishment of the shop after which we will provide a return of anywhere between 6% to 12% of the ROI to the investor for a period of 12 months.
- Investor is free to choose form the existing choices of store locations.
