Amusement Parks for Sale

Our trampoline park was the most complex and state-of-the-art facility of its kind in the Czech Republic - when it was constructed 4+ years ago. There was spectacular growth in the first year receiving more than 90,000 visitors, but then came the COVID pandemic, and our sales were affected. Our annual sales prior to the pandemic were approx EUR 1.5 million. We managed to keep the business 'alive' during the difficult times but need a fresh approach. We currently receive around 70k visitors annually. 90% of our bookings are received through our own channels and the rest are from third-party agents. 15+% of our sales are from the bistro. We have 10 permanent staff and over 60 part-time employees to manage the operations.

- Currently, the trampoline park industry is in the boom, we have a huge number of national and international trampoline park brands setting up their centers across different states/cities. - There is a great opportunity to capture the market if we make the right investments in the tier-I, tier-II, and tier-III cities. - Current sales average is INR 4.5L per month (with zero marketing) as we are focusing on something else that e are not able to take care but with proper offline and digital marketing, we will be able to generate a revenue of Rs. 10-12 lakhs per month. - Customer base is growing day by day and user base growth is expected to grow at 150% - Multiple revenue streams: We have a 600 sqft hall for birthday parties, reunions, get together, etc. Search for mini halls has become double fold and there is an opportunity to generate 25% of total revenue. - Other revenue streams that have contributed equally are gymnastics, school education tours, corporate events, basketball tournaments, dodgeball tournaments, etc. - Our trampoline park receives 200-300 customers on the weekends and 100 during the weekdays. - Valuation is done by a registered valuer and is based on the DCF method incl. physical assets and future growth potential.
