Animal Feed Business Investment Opportunities

The hybrid corn cultivation partnership program by our company in Indonesia provides capital, guidance, and market access to farmer groups, with a profit-sharing model, aiming to lift communities out of extreme poverty, while also encouraging the participation of village-owned enterprises (BUMDES) to boost local income. For the past four years, we've been empowering the people of Sumba Island in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) through corn farming. Last year, we cultivated a 277-hectare farm and produced an impressive 1680 tons of shelled corn. Our trusted buyer, JAPFA, an industrial animal feed industry, visits our warehouse to purchase our produce annually. This year, we're seeking investors to expand our land utilization and establish a feed mill factory business, with all the necessary licenses from the Ministry of Trade and Economic Affairs. We currently have around 200 farmer partners working with us, collectively utilizing 277 hectares of land. These partners are delighted to be part of our program, as their income has increased sevenfold compared to before. In the upcoming year, they are prepared to farm approximately 1,000 hectares of land. Our potential for expansion in farming reaches up to 20,000 hectares. Our strong business relationships are deeply rooted in the local community. Currently, we have 1,500 hectares dedicated to breeding, 50 hectares for a hotel and resort, and numerous other opportunities that we are exploring.

The company produces & supplies a unique cattle feed product called corn silage. This concept is new to India, imported technology from Europe. - The product's shelf-life was 12 months. Idea is to use the product when scarcity of green fodder happens for the dairy industry and decrease labour cost. - We have imported the machinery required from Europe and Turkey. - The production capacity is 30,000 metric tons per year. - We get bulk orders on a regular basis from commercial milk dairy farms, milk union dairies, new dairy entrepreneurs, Ghosalas, Goat and sheep farmers, and animal husbandry departments. We have a current market in Andhra, Telangana, and Karnataka. Planning to expand the business to other states as well shortly, and also getting export inquiries. - We have guaranteed marketing available, just need to concentrate on increasing production to meet the demand. - Entering into the B2C space this year onwards for increasing business. - Can grow up to INR 500 crores per year in the next 10 years from now. - However, the growth rate of sales is increasing by 30 to 50% every year.
