Franchise photo gallery of a well-known brand that specialises in Iris photography. We have a gallery on the main shopping strip in Grand Bay, with a prime position facing the beach. We are also present at one 4-star hotel permanently, and are also alternating weekly between three 5-star hotels, thus reaching our target market at their place of residence during their vacation. This unique setup of cameras in high footfall locations helps us generate high sales with just a team of 3 photographers. The gallery is leased with a fixed overhead of 1,500 euros per month. Hotels are paid a commission on sales; thus, overheads are variable. We pay an 8% royalty to the franchise on a monthly basis, after deduction of taxes and transportation costs. The franchise agreement is closer to expiration, but can be renewed at the same terms with the new buyer. From the start of the company, we have invested in increasing our reach with the purchase of camera sets.
