We sell a variety of flavored Cuban mojitos starting from the original to 8 flavors. Our mojitos come in a variety of sizes/quantity/rum. - The bar is situated in the core of a highly-dense tourist night-life area. - Our concept is based around live entertainment and providing a Latin/Spanish atmosphere to our patrons. We also want to create a platform for the youth to express their talents through the various events hosted at the bar. - The seating area can accommodate up to 30 people including the bar area. On event nights, it can be extended up to 70 people. - We also serve food like burritos, tacos, nachos, quesadilla, and ceviche. - Users have the option to dine in or take away. - We host numerous events like Latin nights, reggae nights, open mic nights and more on a weekly basis. We host at least 5 events in a week. - Spending per head varies from XCD 20-150. - We serve 30 people on average days and up to 100 people on event nights. - The establishment is run by the promoter and the promoter's spouse. On event nights, we hire a bartender to assist us. - We use social media marketing as a means to promote business by circulating flyers and banners. Normal bar advertising tactics like drink specials, promotions and giveaways are also used. Popular local artists and bands usually perform at the bar to funnel/attract crowds. - The business has established close relationships with social and cultural groups like event-hosting groups, Latin groups, musicians, artist, and bands. We encourage local cultural groups to participate in the events that are hosted by the bar hence creating a sense of community. - Promoter has over 15 years of experience in this particular industry.
