Biomass Fuels Businesses for Sale and Investment

We are a recent start up looking to develop a project in the renewable energy generation industry. - Plan to source cassava and process it into starch and flour which would be used as biomass fuel. - The project is planned to be near the Buipe township and the Black Volta River of Ghana. - Site of 30,000 acres near Black Volta river has been identified for purchase. - Our product lines with include industrial cassava roots & food-grade starch for production of electrical energy, biogas and methane, liquid and solid organic fertilizers. - Projected revenue for the project is approximately EUR 4.4 million yearly. - We would be looking to sell our product to companies especially in the energy generation industry. - Funds are required to begin the groundwork and development of the project.

Non-operational upgradeable 120 kW biogas plant that has 14 years of government contract remaining for the grid. It is established on a land of 5,300 sq mt and located next to a public power corporation plant. The plant is built on just about half the land area and has room for future expansion in power with a second generator (with a small cost at the same kW price up to 3 MW). The plant already has the advantage of two digesters tanks and other activity (greenhouse) in place. At an 80% efficiency factor, the plant can generate yearly revenue of EUR 162 thousand. The company used to source quality raw materials (solid and liquid fertilizers) from reliable partners/businesses. It includes vegetable & animal fats/oils which give a very high gas yield and other materials including chicken manure and food waste. The plant is eligible and has already participated in EU funded research program (significant funds have already been paid and also applied for another one) with an important team of universities, private companies, and local consultants for innovations and improvements in existing facilities.

Company manufactures wood pellets and supplies it to 1 big client in Denmark. We currently have only 1 client and after raising funds, we plan to on-board more clients from Denmark and Italy. Factory has the production capacity of 2,000 MT per month and is operating at 100% capacity. We buy the woods & lumber largely from Government of Estonia but sometimes, we also buy it from few private companies. Have 2 company owned factories of 12 hectare (1st factory) and 9 hectare (2nd factory) respectively. We are currently using only the 1st factory. The company has enough land for installing new machinery to scale up the operations. Founder of the business has 20 years of industry experience. Business owned assets include cutting machines, manufacturing equipment & tools and office equipment.
