We pass on startups, pre-revenue deals, and businesses where the books do not support the asking price. We only take exclusive listings.
    Background: We are a Utah based business brokerage selling main street and lower middle market companies across the US. We are IBBA members and have closed 89% of our signed listings since 2017. We take on about 1 in 10 sellers, so every client gets real attention. Every engagement starts with a full valuation using our pricepoint method, then we build the CIM, a marketing plan tailored to the business and run outreach to a large buyer network. We handle the NDAs, buyer screening, LOIs, due diligence and closing. Sellers have full control over who sees their business. We have sold multiple cleaning and home service companies, a dozen or so franchises, and ecommerce businesses. We also hold a Utah real estate license, so we can handle deals that include property.
