We are a team of 10 currently and doing a run rate of 4 L per month. The current team can handle another 4-6 clients and an additional revenue of 2-3L. We are growing at an average rate of 1 new account per month for the last 3 months. This is a consciously controlled rate but the business model has a potential of growing at 10 times this rate with the right strategy and appropriate checks and measures to manage the growth.

We work as a consultant / advisors to our customers and have an above industry average billing rate. We don’t compete in commoditized ecosystem or on price. We provide measurable ROI for our clients and constantly work to optimizing it.

Till now, we have largely ( and consciously to spread our resources evenly in baskets ) focused on small and medium industries only to build our customer base. But with the Neuromarketing driven pitches lately, we are generating a lot of interest in brands and large organizations. We are expecting our first few large customer acquisitions in Sept / Oct timeframes. Effort is already being put up.

We have recently formed a very strong board of advisors along with the founder coming with a combined experience of more than 100 years of industry experience in Branding, Marketing, Growth Hacking, Sales and Design Thinking.

With our Advisors we are building specific idea IPs to take to large clients.

We have the following Biz Dev modes currently working for us: Email marketing ( 20-30 emails per day, Social ( LinkedIn, Google Adwords ( 30-40K per month. We are only doing it in Bangalore right now at a very controlled rate. We are able to easily generate 20+ leads a month. Bangalore itself has a potential of quadrupling the incoming leads easily.

Future growth will come via opening the lead effort hose in Bangalore and other cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata etc. We can start it by either hiring client relationship managers at these locations and later setting up teams as we have done in Bangalore.

We have also tested waters internationally ( US, Australia, UK ) via adwords, we were able to generate leads from these countries as well.
