Our roadmap includes acquiring this facility and renovating it into a modern command center featuring a premium showroom, a high-capacity logistics hub, and an innovation office. Additionally, we are expanding by building custom-owned retail outlets in five strategic locations. The business is currently 100% self-funded through operational cash flow and family equity, reflecting a strong and proven organic growth model. At present, there is a total outstanding liability of approximately IDR 1.15 billion, which consists of working capital bank loans, trade payables to tier-1 suppliers, and vehicle financing for the current logistics fleet.

As part of this funding round, we are offering a 25% equity stake for IDR 15.5 billion. A strategic portion of the investment (approx. 7%) is allocated to settle all outstanding liabilities, ensuring a clean balance sheet for the incoming investor and allowing 100% of future cash flows to be focused on scaling the phygital ecosystem and retail expansion.
