The factory are 2 sections. First is air conditioned section for sampling. second is warehouse, totally about 4,700 sqm.Offices building is 2 floors. first one is in use and it's 750 sqm has 5 offices and 2 show rooms all are air conditioned with the main entry. Second floor is ready to use but we haven't use yet.
The land is rental from government at the 2nd industrial city in Jeddah. the rent is SAR 30,000SR or USD 8,000 yearly.
