Business Overview
Company manufactures Li-ion batteries which we sell to electric vehicle manufacturing companies. We have currently finished designing the battery pack and testing of the chemical ratio, BMS and software and have begun production. Our Lithium-Ion cells are ready to sell in the market. Funds that we are seeking, would largely be used for the development of assembly lines and innovating new products. Also, some funds will be used for new chemistries & testing and small portion would be used for making a few latest tech batteries. We have spoken with 2 Chinese and 1 Japanese companies to whom we will outsource the manufacturing process. Also in talks with 3 directors of Electric Vehicle manufacturing companies.
