CZK 80 million) and around 4,009 m² of production and administrative facilities setup (approx. CZK 100 million), plus 1,063 m² of multipurpose buildings, production and assembly lines, paint shop, machinery and equipment (approx. CZK 30 million), warehousing infrastructure, showroom and retail space setup (approx. CZK 20 million).
In addition, it currently holds inventory with an approximate value of CZK 575 million which isn't included in the physical assets value as it fluctuates, as with final treatment of inventory to be agreed as part of the transaction structure.

The site includes about 4,009 m² of production and administrative premises and approximately 1,063 m² of additional multipurpose buildings. The facility integrates product development, design, production preparation, assembly, painting, quality control, warehousing, administration, showroom and retail operations. The industrial real estate is owned by the company and is included in the proposed 100% business acquisition; no lease of the facility is contemplated. The business has no bank loans. The group has a single ultimate beneficial owner. The Czech operating businesses are held through a Hong Kong-based holding structure that is ultimately 100% owned by the same beneficial owner. The transaction is intended as a sale of 100% of the business.
