- A SME call centre established in 2010 that provides inbound and outbound support for healthcare clients.
- Since the beginning until 2018, we served one major US-based healthcare company and we had 350 employees. But, due to newly introduced regulations, we lost this client, and as a result, our sales have also fallen.
- Until 2017, with our US-based healthcare client, we generated 180 million Pesos as yearly turnover.
- We currently have 25 employees and serve one healthcare client, and another client is in the pipeline.
- Plans to expand capacity to 500 employees and to provide services to other sectors.
