Cleaning Machinery Company Seeking Loan in Kochi, India

- Our company sells patented & automated cleaning equipment & machines across India. We are the official partners of a Netherland-based company who manufactures these products.
- We purchase the products, import them back to India, and store them at our warehouses. We are the only company that possesses this exclusive contract.
- The products are manufactured in the Netherlands and sold under our own trademarked brand names in India. We do not possess patents for any of the products. Currently, we are dealing in 27 different products.
- We sell our products by establishing distributions networks. Our distributors further sell the products to independent households, hospitals, restaurants, hotels, resorts, etc.
- The sales are primarily recorded from Delhi, Bangalore, Kochi, Pune, and a few other states across India. We have our offices in these states to easily sell our products to the distributors.
- We also have the direct clientele to whom we provide these products as per their purchase orders. A few include Reliance, L&T, etc. We have recently received a purchase order from Reliance amounting to over INR 1 crore which is yet to be fulfilled.
- Our products are completely automated, and are more durable, technologically advanced, and effective than other competitors in the market.
- The company is registered in Ernakulam, Kerala. However, the company is headquartered in Kochi, Kerala.
- Our company is entirely debt-free with no outstanding business loans, overdue, or defaults.
- The company has 2 directors & 2 promoters. One of the directors owns 90 percent of the company. The remaining 10 percent is proportionally & equally between the other director and the two promoters. There are no outside investors or shareholders.
