- Our main product is locally mined lignite, which we supply for various industrial and energy needs.
- We're taking things up a notch with a project to generate 3.5 MW of electricity right on-site using our lignite, so we won't rely solely on selling coal anymore.
- With our existing mining infrastructure and solid access to resources, we have the tools we need to grow.
- We’ve done thorough coal quality analyses and hold detailed geological reports to back our operations.
- We’ve received early proposals for our future power plant from respected international manufacturers, so we’re gearing up for some exciting developments.
- Our business model is smart — we handle everything from mining to power generation and then sell electricity to the Ukrainian market.
- We're working alongside a savvy European team with experience in engineering and international projects, ensuring we're on top of our game as we expand.
- We hold a valid registration certificate, mining permit, and quality certificate.
The next development stage is to use the lignite directly on-site for electricity generation instead of relying primarily on external coal sales. The project includes coal preparation/beneficiation and a planned 3.5 MW grid-connected lignite-fired power plant.
Connected with the project:
1. Industrial land / quarry site.
One of the main industrial land plots has an area of approximately 3 hectares and an independent appraised value of UAH 38,114,400.
2. Existing lignite quarry and mining infrastructure.
The site already includes the operating quarry area, internal roads, working areas and infrastructure required for lignite extraction and handling.
3. Mining machinery and equipment.
Existing mining and material-handling equipment is available at the site. We are currently preparing a detailed equipment inventory and individual value breakdown.
4. Buildings and technical facilities.
Existing industrial and technical facilities form part of the project site. Their detailed valuation is currently being consolidated with the other physical assets.
5. Electricity infrastructure.
The site has an existing electricity connection and electrical infrastructure required for quarry operations and for further development of the power generation project.
6. Water infrastructure.
The quarry has existing water-use infrastructure and the relevant operating documentation. A current special water-use permit is in place for the quarry site.
7. Access and supporting infrastructure.
The site includes access roads, industrial operating areas and other infrastructure required for mining activity and future power generation.
Development.
The EUR 1.5 million physical asset value shown in our profile is currently a preliminary aggregate estimate of the physical asset package.
We prefer not to overstate individual asset values before completing the detailed inventory and valuation. The 3-hectare land plot already has an independent professional valuation, while the machinery, buildings and infrastructure values are being consolidated.
Intangible assets include:
- rights related to the licensed lignite mining operation;
- approximately 1.194 million tonnes of proven lignite reserves;
- industrial mining site and associated infrastructure;
- land / land-use rights associated with the mining operation;
